A.Y.A. Youth Collective (Grand Rapids, MI)

• About: A.Y.A. Youth Collective creates safe spaces for youth in crisis to belong, be themselves and build a future. We create circles of support for 14- to 24-year-olds facing homelessness or instability—from drop-in opportunities to rest, recharge and meet everyday needs in a caring community to safe, affordable housing with peers and mentors who partner in their transition to stability. We are here to help young people connect to the resources, relationships, and housing they need at any point on their journey.

Dégagé Ministries​ (Grand Rapids, MI)

• About: Dégagé Ministries serves as a community center for homeless and disadvantaged people in Grand Rapids, MI. Serving over 500 individuals daily, Dégagé offers resources and programs including overnight respite for women in crisis, food, workforce resources, referral services, and hygiene facilities.

SquareOne Villages (Eugene, OR)

• About: SquareOne seeks to bridge the often insurmountable gap between the street and conventional housing. Our model combines two forms of shared equity homeownership: Community Land Trusts and Limited Equity Cooperatives. Our Villages connect compact private residential dwellings with shared community spaces and resources, combining the privacy and autonomy of a single-family house with the greater density and economy associated with a multi-family building.
